PURCHASING

If the item you desire to purchase but is out of stock, you may notify us via whatApps to put on wait list.

For some items, we accept pre-order. You may place your pre-order with us and we will notify you when the item is ready.

PAYMENT

  • For online orders, we accept paynow and Visa & MasterCard.
  • For direct phone orders, payment can be made through paynow or bank transfer to the following account number:

  • For purchase through Hoop Fitness Trainer, payment can be made through Paynow or bank transfer.

The orders will remain in your shopping Cart. However, if the item is low in stock, priority will be given to those who have paid.

COUPON (DISCOUNT)

All members who have registered an account with us will be entitled to 10% discount on all activewears except the discounted items.

 

Discount will not be applicable to private classes, Hula Hoop and Hula Hoop bag purchases.

 

The 10% discount will be given in a form of Coupon code where you and apply it upon checkout of your orders. 

You may obtain the relevant Coupon code through:

  • Request via a Click on Whatsapp chat at our website
  • Obtain from your Hoop Fitness Trainer in class

CANCEL/AMEND ORDER

We do our best to process your order quickly and deliver promptly. If you have confirmed the order, you are unable to cancel it.

The changes can be made if:

  • The items are available;
  • You order wrong size and would like to change it.

RETUR N AND EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will facilitate exchange on the following terms and conditions.

General returns and defective/wrong items sent

  • All returns must be done within 30 days from date of payment and after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure.

  • All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not comply with these criteria will be rejected. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing of the item for general returns.
  • Returns are not applicable on discounted items.
  • For returns, we allow exchanges for a different size or design of the same value. In the case where a higher value item is chosen, customers are required to top-up the additional amount.
  • We do not provide refund for returns.
  • Postage charges to and fro will be borne by customer and have to mailed back through a trackable postage mode only.
  • Kindly email us at sales@hoopfitness-sg.com for more details on exchanges.
  • We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will request you to mail back to us via registered mail. Postage charges incurred will be refunded.
  • Kindly email us at sales@hoopfitness-sg.com with a screenshot of the defect or the incorrect piece for us to advise you further.
  • Kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order
  • We will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock.

*There may be a 1-2cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

- You may return the items to the same trainer where you collected your order.

- If you made your purchase online, you can re-use our polymailer bag which are re-sealable.

*We strongly encourage you to send your returns through a trackable mode of delivery as we will not be liable for any lost mail sent through non trackable mailing options.

All accepted returns will be processed within 7 business days from receipt of returns. We will send you an update once the return has been processed. For refunds via credit card and bank, it may take up to 4-6 weeks before you receive the funds.

* Please allow us 2 – 3 business days to pack and despatch the parcels after an order is confirmed. If you are doing self-collection through Hoop Fitness trainer, you will receive the items in class.

Once the parcels have been despatched, you will be updated with a tracking number.

The time taken for delivery may take longer (than timing stated above) during sales periods, festive season and public holiday. We promise to do everything we can to ensure you get your orders soonest possible.
